Refund policy

Please understand that Moon on the Hill is a small business and we accept returned items if they are faulty, or at a push if you truly don't like your item.

We do not accept returned earrings - because of hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings for any reason. We also do not accept the return of soap.

We expect all items to be returned to us as you received them, unworn, unused and in the correct packaging, so that we are able to resell them. 

Due to the nature of many of the products we sell in our shop being crafted by hand, one offs or unique, a replacement may not be an exact replica. 

Please contact us in the first instance at Moon on the Hill within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Then please ensure your item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt, once we receive your item and we are satisfied with the quality, we can arrange a refund or replacement. 

It is the responsibility of YOU, the customer to pay for your return.

Any items returned to us by post are at the buyers own risk, or if you would prefer to return any items to the shop we are open Mon -Sat, 10am - 4pm.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent, or be refunded by the recipient.
